Scales and Scale Book
 

It is my goal to make sure all students learn their scales during their piano lesson journey with me. Mainly, I teach scales/arpeggios/cadences by rote because I've discovered that students just do it and aren't intimidated by them. However, once you get to the scales with 5 sharps and playing the grand cadence in all inversions, everyone, including me, sometimes needs to look at a book. If you are semi-new to the studio, you may or may not have a scale book for your students to use as a reference at home. When it’s time, if you don't have a scale book, I will provide one for your students (one per family). They are $11.
